How do Moments work?

Moments are time-limited experiences you can share with supporters. When someone sends a gift, you have the agreed time to complete the experience and share proof. Once verified, the gift is released.

How do I verify my location?

Lovendo uses your device's location services to verify you are at the claimed location. Make sure location permissions are enabled for the app. Your precise location is only used for verification and is not stored or shared.

When are gifts released?

Gifts are held in secure escrow until you share proof of completing the moment (photos, videos, or other verification). Once the supporter confirms the experience, the gift is released to your wallet.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Go to your wallet and select Withdraw. Enter your bank account details and the amount. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days. A small processing fee may apply depending on your region.

What if someone doesn't complete a moment?

If a creator fails to complete a moment without valid reason, the gift is refunded to the supporter. Our trust and safety team reviews all disputes to ensure fair outcomes.
